At My Choice Disability Services, we aim to assist people with disability in making the right choice on accessing quality support services or choosing products that will assist them in their daily life.

We are dedicated to delivering excellence and person- centred services to our participants and their families/carers.
Our team are passionate about providing Support Co-Ordinator and Support Services which reflect their individual needs, interests and culture.

We support and enhance the confidence and independence of our participants to improve their quality of life. We have staffs who can speak English, Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, and Laos.
