My Choice Disability Services provide home-based care services for people who living with disabilities. We take pride in offering you a choice of services and supports to suit your needs and goals. Our experienced, friendly multi-skilled support staff will assist you with all aspects of daily livings, personal care and home tasks.

Home Support services including:

Personal Care: We can assist with showering, toileting, dressing, personal grooming, and Mobility support such as hoist transfers, getting in and out of bed.

Domestic services: We can assist you with light domestic cleaning, laundry and changing of the bed.

Meal preparation: We can prepare delicious and nutritious home-made meals using ingredients and recipes you enjoy.

Garden maintenance: We can assist you in lawn mowing service for your garden.

Sleepover support: Our trained staff are able to stay over in your home to provide the support you may require overnight.
